How to Kill your Enemies

Rom. 12:21

If you truly identify with Christ, you will make enemies. You become a rebel to the world. Since you will make enemies if you are obedient to God, it is necessary to figure out a way to get rid of them. Here a few ways:

Go out of your way to do them good (Thess. 5:15)

1. Do all you can to help him

2. Separate him from what he has done

3. If he criticizes --- praise his good points

4. If he is thirsty --- buy or give him a drink

5. Be consistent in good towards him

Smother them in kindness

1. Allow God to work on him

2. Pray for him earnestly

3. Have a smile ready and a soft word

Offer them your friendship

1. Do not seek revenge (Heb 10:30)

2. This is hard to do

3. Look on them as a challenge

Conclusion: Thess 5:15 “See that none render evil for evil unto any man but ever follow that which is good both among yourselves, and to all men.
